Most new carpet today requires the hot water extraction to maintain the “Wear Warranty”. We use the more powerful truck mounted cleaning system, which provides excellent deep rinsing capability, optimum results and minimal drying time.

Carpet Cleaning FAQs

How long does it take for my carpets to dry?

Because we use very powerful truck mounted steam cleaning equipment, your carpets are only slightly damp when we leave. Typical drying times are around 3 - 6 hours, however, factors such as the current weather conditions, air circulation, humidity, and HVAC settings play a big role in drying times.

Do I have to move all of the furniture out of the way?

We ask that you remove any small items off of the carpets. Furniture such as sofas can be slid over by our technicians, the area cleaned, and then moved back with disposable blocks under the legs of the furniture.

Can you remove pet odors and stains?

Most pet stains and odors from cats, dogs, and other furry friends should come out. However, it could get very complex

How soon can I walk on my carpets after cleaning?

Immediately. Our technician will leave protective booties to slip over your shoes so you can walk on the damp carpets. You can also walk on the carpets with socks. We ask that customers use extreme caution to prevent any slips or falls.
