The Process

Water Extraction
Our first priority is to get all of water extracted from your floors. The faster we can get rid of the water, the less likely you will have permanent damage.

Drying / Dryout
If needed, we offer a drying service which involves using air movers and dehumidifiers to dryout the flooded area. These machines may need to stay in place for several days, depending on temperature and humidity levels.

Cleaning and Sanitation
Again, if needed after the water extraction process, we can thoroughly clean and sanitize the affected areas. This step involves spraying a mildewcide, fungicide and bactericide solution on the affected areas. This sanitizer, combined with the proper water extraction and dryout, can help prevent mold and mildew. Air scrubbers can also be used to clean and sanitize the environment.

Restoration
When the water causes excessive water damage such as warping of flooring and ceilings, you may need water damage restoration services. The affected are either restored, repaired, or replaced.
